Time for the results for this week's Wisdom Wednesday! This week we used the Moon Deck created by Aarona Ganesan, Andrea Keh, and Ashley Bruni. You can find it on Instagram @the_moondeck, it is soon going into its second publication and will available for purchase again!

So: remember your card pull from earlier? Good, let's go!

Card 1: INTIMACY

"Love and intimacy flow into my life effortlessly."

Every relationship is a lesson in love, challenging us to go deeper into the realm of intimacy. Connection is our nature and vital for our health. Above any outside relationship however, when we drop into a loving relationship with ourselves we heal the blocks to true intimacy and can share more deeply with another.

Every woman has gone through something that has changed her in some way. Barriers to love and intimacy may be rooted in past lives, childhood, or recent experiences. Wherever you are on this path, this card asks that you remain open. Trust that you can forge rich loving connections with others; intimacy comes in many forms. Adjust your perspective. Walk as a loved woman. Embrace your most most intimate romance- the one you have with yourself. Lean into your own heart, and feel the warm embers of your love.

Card 2: EARTH

"I am of the earth and in harmony with nature."

We are forces of nature and carry the fertile, creative, elemental beauty of the earth with us. We were born from it and are an embodiment of her harmonious cycles. "Earth, my body, water my blood, air my breath, and fire my spirit" is a chant that we can celebrate as women and sisters.

Like the Earth and all of her wild elements, you pulse through and permeate all that you touch. You contract and expand, gather and release, rise and fall. When you're in harmony with nature you can allow this dance to lead you with less force and more flow. Communicate with the elements and pay attention to the softest of whispers. Ground yourself in the soil, and unleash your creative life force. Our beloved Mother Earth generously provides for us and is our sacred home. In respecting her lush bounty with gratitude and love, we reflect self-respect and healing for all. Together we are connected to her wise rhythms.

Card 3: MEDITATE

"I am at home in my body and at peace in my spirit."

Meditation teaches us mindfulness and acceptance. It allows us to witness our inner world and learn to look honestly at what we discover so that we can consciously expand into our best selves day by day. In stillness we rediscover our essential nature of peace, love and bliss.

This card is a reminder- do not remain a stranger to yourself. Meditation is a tool and a practice. Pause and cultivate an ability to listen. Observe your inner landscape, and become aware of your tendencies with a less critical mind so you can experience the world around you and within you with more ease. Meditation will deepen your presence, awaken creativity, lower stress, and enhance your ability to be centered through it all. Gently step away from the noise of life, return home to your body, and generate more light to share with the world.

A Self-Love Ritual:

Rose Blessings

Bring purified water to a low boil. Remove from the heat just as it begins to bubble. Fill the water with rose petals (1 part petals to 2 parts water). Allow it to infuse for several hours, overnight if you can, so it will be as fragrant as possible.

Add the infusion (both petals and water) to a hot bath. Soak in the tub and scrub your body to nourish both your skin and spirit. Welcome love and intimacy as you visualize roses blooming in your heart chakra.

Another idea:

Make a second batch, but this time, strain out the plant matter and only keep the rose water. Store it in an airtight jar in your fridge, and you can drink it throughout the week as a tea. Or add a touch of vodka as a preservative, and you've got yourself a misting spray!

See you lovelies next week!
